General conditions regarding payment terms for the booking and cancellation policies.
At the time of booking the accommodation, the Customer is required to pay a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total cost of the stay and the cleaning; the balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the arrival date. If the booking is made less than 8 weeks before the arrival date, the Customer must pay the total of the stay and the cleaning as soon as confirmation of the stay is received by the lessor. If the booking is made less than 21 days before the arrival date and the payment is made by bank transfer, the Customer will send the lessor valid proof of this payment. In any case, the stay cannot begin before the Customer has paid the full cost of the stay and the cleaning. In addition, the lessor reserves the right to cancel a booking if the Customer has not paid the deposit by the 10th day following the booking date. In terms of the security deposit, the full amount of said deposit must be paid to the lessor’s account at least 10 days before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation of a booking, the lessee will be liable to the lessor for compensation equal to: in case of cancellation between the booking confirmation date and 42 days before the arrival date: 50% of the cost of the stay. In case of cancellation between the 42nd day (inclusive) and the 28th day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 70% of the cost of the stay. In case of cancellation between the 28th day (inclusive) and the 5th day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 90% of the cost of the stay. In case of cancellation between the 5th day (inclusive) before the arrival date or later: 100 % of the cost of the stay.
